Indian River Shopping Center

State Road 50 and Coquina Road
Titusville, Florida

Project consisted of the complete facade renovation of a center originally designed in 1968. Colors and architectural detailing indicative of the South Florida style where added to this center as part of the re-design.

Calumet Shopping Center

Calumet Avenue and Munster, Indiana

Project consisted of a 10,000 SF free standing mercantile building created as part of a master plan for the re-development of a decommissioned mall. This project also included a new in-line Staples adjacent to the mercantile spaces.

West Broward Shopping Center

State Road 441 and West Broward Boulevard
Plantation, Florida

Project consisted of a complete redevelopment of the center originally designed in 1940. Scope include the partial demolition of a previous single use furniture store the conversion into a multi-tenant building, including a Save-A-Lot, US Post Office and a mix of south Florida tenants.

North Heights Plaza

Old Troy Pike and Schull Road
Huber Heights, Ohio

Project consisted of a complete redevelopment of the center originally occupied by Walmart for occupancy by Hobby Lobby and Bed, bath and Beyond.
